On what basis do you return goods?
We want to ensure complete satisfaction with the items.
If your goods (including goods designated as sales goods) are faulty when sold to you we will refund their full cost. We will require proof of purchase.
At our discretion, non-faulty goods may be exchanged for credit notes redeemable against replacement goods or exchanged for replacement goods, or we may offer a refund equal to 90% of the purchase price deducting 10% as a handling fee. This is the condition that:
- The goods are returned in perfect condition.
- The goods are returned within 14 days of purchase; and
- You produce proof of purchase
