Please read the terms and conditions to complete purchases at Poze Online.
Credit Note
Credit Notes will not be replaced if lost, we cannot replace or reimburse the value of the credit note if lost or damaged, and it will be invalid if altered in any way or scratched.
Credit Note has no cash value.
Credit Note is only valid in Poze Shoes Birmingham and Poze Accessories Birmingham.
Our normal terms and conditions apply.
Availability
We cannot guarantee all of our collection in store to be available online.
How long do orders take to deliver?
Orders normally take 2 - 3 working days to any part of England and 3 working days to all parts of Scotland. All delivery dates by the seller are estimates only, we cannot specify an exact delivery date.
Payment Method
Payments can be made via Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, Solo and American Express. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.
Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email to the email address that was submitted. However if the confirmation email is not received within 24 hours of the order please contact our customer service line on 0121 554 5999.
How much is the delivery charge?
All orders cost £4.95. Regardless of how many items are ordered, any one transaction will cost £4.95 and will be delivered via Fastway Couriers.
How do customers make enquiries about their order?

On what basis do you return goods?
We want to ensure complete satisfaction with the items.
If your goods (including goods designated as sales goods) are faulty when sold to you we will refund their full cost. We will require proof of purchase.
At our discretion, non-faulty goods may be exchanged for credit notes redeemable against replacement goods or exchanged for replacement goods, or we may offer a refund equal to 90% of the purchase price deducting 10% as a handling fee. This is the condition that:
- The goods are returned in perfect condition.
- The goods are returned within 14 days of purchase; and
- You produce proof of purchase
Non-faulty goods maybe exchanged in different sizes/colours or styles within 14 days via head office. You will be required to send them back at your cost and we may at our discretion charge additional costs for re-delivery. You may return goods at Poze Shoes Birmingham and Poze Accessories Birmingham, and you are not limited to the web where you bought them, subject to availability of the style/colour in the shop.
Please note that colours, materials and fabric may vary online, however the collection has been reproduced as accurately as possible within the limits of the image processes. W shall hold no liability in this respect; your statuary rights have not been affected.
How do customers return damage goods?
If you receive goods that are damaged due to delivery, please sign with stating “the goods were damaged” and contact are customer services on 0121 554 5999 immediately.
We take great care to ensure all our goods are durable. Please bare in mind; however, that the level of durability must be appropriate to the nature of the goods, that many of them are intended exclusively for indoor use and their lack of sturdiness is an intrinsic part of their appeal. Goods will not be regarded as faulty where they are damaged through inappropriate use.
In particular, whilst rhinestones and sequence beading are attached correctly to the upper and heel of the shoes, over time and through normal wear the rhinestones may loosen and the sequences may start to fall apart. This is not a reflection of the way the shoes are manufactured: simply a characteristic of the ornament and how it has to be attached. We have no liability if the rhinestones or the sequences come adrift.
How are payments refunded to customers for returned goods?
All refunds are made through the same method used to pay. We shall issue you the refund as soon as we have received the goods. Please allow at least 4-7 working days for a refund to come through on your account. Please not all online orders can only be refunded by the head office.
